Happy 23rd Birthday to my favorite person!!! If you’re familiar with my blog, then you’ve most likely met Shadi already. We are getting married on November 6th and we are pretty sick of just being “fíances” at this point. (Only 86 more days to go!!!) So for his birthday, here are a couple of my favorite things about Shadi:

1. He is one of the most joyful people you’ve ever met.
2. His eyes get all squinty when he smiles (*shown above).
3. When he first meets someone, he acts as if they’ve been buds for years. Not inauthentically, he just really likes to meet new people.
4. He knows how to cook (one time in college he demanded that we use prosciutto and fresh basil…).
5. He loves coffee almost more than I do.
6. He goes to far lengths to make my dreams and aspirations come to fruition, which inspires me to do the same for others (shown here).
7. Last week he told me “my dream for you is to shoot weddings all over Europe…”
8. He loves constantly learning and frequently shows me (makes me listen to) podcasts that make him excited.

I could go on, but essentially I have the best future-husband in the world. Happy Birthday, babe!
