The 2016 wedding season is looking SO exciting already, and I’m over the moon about having Hannah as my very first intern!!! Hannah has already second shot 2 weddings with me, and she has such a passion for photography and for people.

I’m expectant for such a fun year with some incredible couples, and I’m so thankful Hannah has decided to come along for the ride!!

I asked her to answer a couple of questions to get to know her a little bit better, so you can read below for a small snippet of Hannah!

How did you become interested in photography?                                                                    1. I became interested in photography senior year of high school when I found an old digital camera at a yard sale. Ever since then, I took pictures of the river and Chesapeake Bay near my house and I fell in love. I came to college, took some pictures of my roommates and the campus where I lived, and I realized how happy it made me. Last year, Klaire took me under her wing and taught me a lot about weddings, and now here I am!

What are you most excited about for this coming wedding season?
2. I am most excited about meeting all of the different couples that Klaire is taking pictures for. Even though I see a lot of weddings, every couple is different, and I love seeing how each one adds their own style to the day. It’s one big happy party and it makes me so happy to watch their faces as they walk back down the aisle as man and wife.

Favorite ice cream flavor?
3. There is this one flavor of ice cream called chocolate obsession, and I completely understand why they call it that. I am obsessed! But pretty much any ice cream is good if you put M&M’s on top 😉
