Philip and Bethany got engaged just 24 hours before we took these photos! Helping them announce their engagement to faraway friends and family was such a fun reason to take celebratory photos at the Capitol Building, Supreme Court, and Library of Congress in DC (my personal favorite little triangle of the district!). Congrats friends!
